My Return policy is pretty straight forward.
Within 20 days of purchase...
* I will issue a
complete refund or store credit including shipping for
errors in fulfilling the order (wrong kite sent, etc.)
* I will issue you a complete refund less shipping and
restocking fees (15%) for a kite you ordered and decided you
did not want once the kite is returned to me in NEW UNUSED
condition. If you choose to swap it out for another
kite, the restocking fees may be waived unless the
kite was ordered in specifically for you.
* I will issue store credit for the
following circumstances within 20 days of purchase.
- you flew the kite and it was too much kite for you or you
don't like it,
so you want to return it. I will determine the shape
of the kite. If still like new and can be used as a
demo kite, I will credit you with store credit in the
amount of 60% of the original purchase price less shipping
costs. or I will refund you 35% of the original
purchase price less shipping costs
- Demo kites fall under the same rule as above EXCEPT as a
clearance item. Clearance items are steeply discounted
and ALL Sales are Final.
Special Order Kites that
have to be custom made (REVOLUTION ZEN, PRO, etc) are one of
a kind kites and there are NO REFUNDS once the order is
placed. |
