By ordering from my website,  you agree that you have chosen a specific kite and color on your own.  you are encouraged to ask questions to avoid ordering something that is not a good fit for you.  all kites are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned except those that have manufacturing defects.  kites not kept in stock are considered special order and may or may not be eligible for return.  should you change your mind and want to swap out a kite for a different one,  full credit will be given less shipping charges for a kite in new, unused condition.  Once flown,  i cannot give you a refund, BUY MAY OFFER A PARTIAL SWAP.  i will occasionally take used kites in on trade so if you are looking to upgrade,  let me know.

Philosophy Our goal is simple.  To help you find a kite or kite accessory that fits your needs and your level of experience.  We are constantly evaluating different kites and reviewing them on our website.  Opinions provided in reviews are that of the reviewer and may or may not be what you experience with the kite or accessory.   We cannot possibly stock all sizes and colors of kites.  We try to keep best sellers in stock at all times and can order the exact kite you want in the brands that we carry.  Sometimes,  kites are out of stock at the manufacturer or distributor level and may have significant delays.  Usually, kites not in stock can be delivered to you within a week for HQ,  Revolution, and New Tech Kites and just short of two weeks for Peter Lynn, Gomberg, and SkyDog. Power Kites can be dangerous.  Do not fly in conditions that are not suited to the kite or your abilities.  If there is too much wind for the kite you are flying,  pack it up and get out a smaller kite,  or give up for the day.  Better to wait for calmer winds than to get hurt trying to fly when you should not. Beginners of Power Kiting should start with 3m kites and below in general until you understand how to fly the kite in all conditions. On occasion,  We will take 'beginner' Power kites in partial trade if they are in very good condition and can be used as demo kites. Most of the 2 line stunt kites I currently carry are entry level - intermediate level kites.  Until I see a demand for the larger kites,  I will not keep them in stock but have no problem ordering you one immediately should there be one you want.  Every means possible has been taken to give you the most accurate representation of the products listed on this site.  Colors will almost always be slightly different than those show due to variations at the time of manufacture and variations in colors on computer monitors.  Also,  if a manufacturer have accidentally misrepresented color codes resulting in the wrong color being shipped.  I will follow up with an email or phone call on orders that pose multiple color options to be sure we get what you want.  Have in mind more than one option should you want the fastest possible shipping as some colors will be out of stock at times.  We also reserve the right to decline or reverse a sale at our discretion. 

SALES ITEMS From time to time,  I will have sales.  For different reasons,  for different amounts.   They have specific time periods and once that time period is done,  the sale is over.  You certainly can wait for another sale,  but I will not extend sale time periods. Return customers get preferencial treatment.  Make sure you let me know you are returning before buying a kite.  Something like,  :"hey,  this is Tim...I bought a Reactor 4.4m from you a few months ago".   I know most of my customers,  but too many Tims come through and I'm starting to forget sometimes.  I have discount plans for return customers.  Ask if you are one.  They have changed recently. SHIPPING I ship UPS in the continental US.  I will ship USPS for the following:  APO / FPO addresses.  Alaska,  Hawaii addresses.   Kites ordered before 5 pm Central Time will ship the next business day.  Expedited shipping listed on the website is for kites up to 5 pounds.  I am picking up $15 of the cost so the price you see is already reduced.    Larger kites / landboards / buggies, etc....i will ask for more money before shipping if you want it expedited. I am located just North of Dallas,  the below map will help you determine the number of days to expect for delivery.
